SyntheticFi, LLC is seeking an Operations Associate to serve as the main liaison between the company, financial advisors, clients, and custodian partners. You’ll help ensure accounts are opened correctly, transfers occur smoothly, and advisory support is timely and accurate.

This role goes beyond back-office tasks, offering opportunities to influence client experience, advisor relationships, and the scalable operational backbone of a fast-growing fintech company in a remote-first environment

Qualifications

• Experience supporting RIA custodians and wealth management operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with account openings and transfers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between SyntheticFi, financial advisors, clients, and custodian partners.
• Ensure accounts are opened correctly and transfers occur smoothly; provide timely support.
• Adhere to internal policies and financial regulations in all activities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and support automation/tooling implementations.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership to assess feasibility and design workflows.
