Job summary

First Entertainment Credit Union is seeking a temporary Operations Representative to support a range of back-office processing functions across multiple desks. The role emphasizes transaction processing, compliance, and risk minimization in a remote, full-time capacity.

You will work across areas such as ACH, Wires, Check 21, Fiduciary Servicing, Legal Processing, and Mobile/ATM Deposits, with a focus on accuracy, audit readiness, and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of work experience in a full-service financial institution or related field preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of regulations applicable to essential responsibilities.
• Effective communication across all levels of audience.
• Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Working experience in Symitar for Windows (Episys) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process daily work queues with accuracy within service level agreements.
• Perform account updates, corrections, and verification steps per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance; maintain audit-ready records.
• Complete exception processing and research to resolve discrepancies; escalate risks as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve tasks, workflows, and accuracy across desks.
• Support cross-training to cover multiple desks as needed.
• Follow up with members regarding account changes to ensure understanding and approvals.
• Apply federal/state regulations and internal procedures to all work performed with confidential data.
