Job summary

Southeast Connections LLC seeks a Business Intelligence Analytics Developer to build dashboards, data integrations, and automated workflows across Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance. The role focuses on turning complex data into actionable insights, reducing manual tasks, and delivering scalable analytics solutions.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to implement and sustain BI initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Experience building BI solutions, reports, analytics, data integration, or automation.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience working with data from multiple systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of data quality, governance, and validation.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, data solutions, and workflow automations.
Translate operational and financial data into actionable insights.
Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and reporting needs.
Develop and maintain data integrations between systems and reporting tools.
Build automated workflows to reduce manual processes.
Improve spreadsheet-driven processes with scalable solutions.
Develop reporting and analytics for operations, procurement, supply chain, finance, and CI.
Monitor data quality and data governance practices.
Troubleshoot reporting, integration, and automation issues.
Establish consistent calculations and reporting logic.
Document technical processes and solutions.
Support testing, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of developed solutions.
Ensure security and access controls are properly applied.
