Job summary

BravoTECH is seeking an Operations Management Analyst to support business operations through data analysis, reporting, and process improvement. This role focuses on turning complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for stakeholders, with a fully remote, 20-hour work week schedule.

You will build Power BI dashboards, analyze operational metrics, support executive reporting, and help improve reporting processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in operations analysis, business analysis, data analysis, or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and Excel.
• Ability to translate data into clear business insights and communicate them effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytics models to track KPIs and trends.
• Analyze capacity utilization, resource allocation, and project efficiency.
• Prepare ad hoc analysis, executive reports, benchmarking models, and forecasting scenarios.
• Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams to improve data quality and streamline reporting.
• Support budget analysis, expense tracking, variance reporting, and planning.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting frameworks, and service delivery.
• Gather and compile operational, financial, and statistical information.
