Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Operations Analyst / Industrial Engineer to own schedules across our multimodal network, balancing passenger connections, crew utilization, and costs as we scale into new markets. You will design workflows that connect motorcoaches with airline partners and write processes that improve reliability and passenger experience.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in transportation operations, logistics, aviation, fleet operations, or related consulting.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain, or equivalent hands-on experience in ops analyst/industrial engineering.
• Strong data and analytical skills; Excel required; SQL/Python/BI tools like Tableau/Power BI a plus.
• Comfort with AI tools to move quickly across projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with frontline staff.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain schedules across motorcoach and multimodal network.
• Lead operations planning as we scale into new markets and add stations.
• Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and improvements.
• Develop metrics, dashboards, and SOPs that scale across locations.
• Act as an internal consultant to station teams and leadership, translating analysis into process improvements.
