Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in supply chain analytics, transportation strategy, network design, or a closely related analytical role.
• Strong quantitative skills and ability to build financial models, run scenario analysis, and design simulations.

Responsibilities

• Own lane analysis and zone skip strategy with margin modeling and decision frameworks.
• Translate complex simulations into structured project plans and scale tools into features.
• Build cost models and simulations forecasting financial and service impact of network changes.
• Conduct shipment and transportation cost analysis including rate shopping and margin by merchant/lane.
• Support carrier RFPs and network strategy by modeling rate card scenarios and benchmarking economics.
• Conduct supply chain analysis including inbound flow modeling and FC capacity planning.
• Support network and location analysis for FC/ sort center placement and injection optimization.
• Develop dashboards for carrier ops and transportation leadership with key metrics.
• Lead cross-functional transportation initiatives from analysis through implementation.
• Produce competitive analyses on how our network compares to market and competitors.
