CLEAResult is seeking a high-performing Operations Analyst to support a large, complex client program, ensuring smooth delivery of projects while following guidelines. This role focuses on data management, metrics, reporting, and process improvement, with internal-facing duties and occasional client interaction.

You will coordinate schedules for Technicians, Auditors, Account Managers, and Energy Advisors; maintain program documentation; create Excel-based tracking and reporting; and help with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data reporting tools.
• Experience in energy efficiency or utilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and track projects for Technicians, Auditors, Account Managers, Energy Advisors, and Program/Operations staff
• Track, verify, and maintain program paperwork, files, and correspondence
• Provide consistent organization of program/project documentation
• Produce project and program level reporting
• Manage program data and conduct complex analysis
• Create and update Excel files for tracking and reporting
• Assist with scheduling onsite inspections and internal meetings
• Export pre-designed reports to support metrics
• Support staff meetings and general program coordination
• Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives
