The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, strong communication and analytical skills, and advanced Excel proficiency to produce insightful analyses and reliable project documentation for internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in reporting tools.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and Adobe Acrobat for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and track projects for team members and program staff.
• Verify and maintain program paperwork and documentation for accuracy.
• Produce project and program level reports with professional presentation.
• Conduct data analysis and manage program data.
• Assist with scheduling onsite inspections and internal meetings.
• Support special projects and process improvement initiatives.
