• Oversee account exceptions, failed orders, and transaction discrepancies to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with EDI vendors, utilities, and internal stakeholders to investigate issues.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Recommend and implement solutions to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Monitor SLAs and communicate issues to leadership and stakeholders.
