Job summary

MCA Connect seeks a Principal Operational Excellence Consultant to transform client competitiveness using Lean, Six Sigma, and ERP-driven transformations. The role involves selling value of Operational Excellence, shaping strategic roadmaps, and leading cross-functional teams across enterprise transformations.

The position is virtual/home-based with travel up to 80%, including potential trips to Seattle, WA. Requires 15+ years in enterprise solutions and strong executive communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience with an understanding of enterprise solutions.
• Experience with strategic business transformation or manufacturing with a minimum of 8 years in two of the following: lean manufacturing, strategic transformation, ERP implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and transform client competitiveness using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Develop strategic roadmaps and value streams for business transformation.
• Engage in selling Operational Excellence to clients and internal teams.
• Design executive sessions and drive cross-functional strategic plans.
• Deliver ROI analyses and high-level project plans for state-to-design migrations.
