Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an Openings & Conversions Project Lead (Remote) to oversee hotel openings and transitions, ensuring training, brand standards, and operational excellence across properties. The role requires frequent travel, strong organization, and ability to train teams on brand programs and procedures.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in senior hospitality operations, hotel opening experience, and proven training leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years minimum in a senior hospitality operations role (Department Head/Assistant Director of Operations/General Manager)
• Hotel opening experience in hospitality is preferred
• Experience in training and developing teams across Food & Beverage, Rooms, Brand Standards, and Quality Assurance

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support hotel openings and transitions with focus on training and brand standards
• Coordinate pre-opening, conversion, and de-flag calls; liaise with RVPs and project teams
• Update HyattConnect and Pacer resources; ensure access for relevant teams
• Schedule and lead conference calls with hotels and vendors on progress and training schedules
• Develop tailored training plans and mentor hotel teams during openings
