Job summary

Hyatt Corporate Office seeks an Openings & Conversions Project Lead to oversee seamless transitions for new and existing hotels. You will manage projects, deliver training, and provide operational support with a strong focus on brand standards during openings and conversions.

The role requires frequent travel, exceptional organization, and the ability to train diverse teams on operational and brand standards, working across departments to ensure on-time openings and consistent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in leadership roles within hotel operations.
• Hotel opening or conversion experience preferred.
• Strong training, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel openings and conversions from planning to completion.
• Develop and deliver training across Food & Beverage, Rooms, Brand Standards.
• Coordinate with regional leadership and stakeholders to ensure timely openings.
• Ensure adherence to Hyatt brand standards throughout openings and transitions.
