Most experts work 5-10 hours per week, with the option to scale up to 40 hours as needed. You will collaborate with leading AI organizations to design, coordinate, and optimize multi-step agent workflows, writing eval rubrics, debugging traces, and stress-testing agents.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Experience building production-grade software with modular services.
