Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Experience building production-grade software with modular services (distinct data parsing, logic processing, and reporting).
• Experience in live environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Attention to detail with the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have: experience integrating agents with live tools like Supabase, Gmail, and various APIs.

Responsibilities

• Write Eval Rubrics for agent evaluation.
• Debug Agent Traces to identify and fix issues.
• Stress Test Agent under realistic load scenarios.
