Outlier is seeking OpenClaw Agent Builder contractors to shape the future of autonomous agents. This freelance, remote role offers pay up to $50 USD/hr with weekly payments and additional incentives.

Contributors can control their schedule, often working 5–10 hours per week, up to 40 hours, with payment options via ACH, PayPal and AirTM. Outlier collaborates with leading AI organizations to train LLMs and improve agent orchestration across data parsing, logic processing, and reporting tasks.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Experience building production-grade software with modular separation (distinct services for data parsing, logic processing, and reporting).
• Hands-on experience with live environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail with the ability to provide high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have: experience building multi-stage coordination tasks and integrating with live tools.
