You will contribute to building, testing, and refining multi-step agent systems across live environments. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend engineering or AI automation, and can implement production-grade services with clear data parsing, logic processing, and reporting components.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Hands-on experience with live environments and multi-turn system interactions.

Responsibilities

• Write Eval Rubrics for agent evaluation.
• Debug Agent Traces and stress test agent behavior.
• Collaborate to design and optimize multi-step agent workflows.
