Job summary

Diagrid in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks a Technology Evangelist to be the public face of Dapr and Diagrid, owning community growth, content creation, and developer engagement end-to-end.

You'll work with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and the open-source maintainer team to build demos, run webinars, organize meetups, and represent Diagrid at conferences, podcasts, and on social media; travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in distributed systems.
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud-native tech and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Dapr or similar projects.
• Experience creating content (blogs, videos, talks).
• Strong communication and community-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Dapr OSS Community across GitHub, Discord and channels.
• Moderate and nurture the developer ecosystem.
• Create compelling content: blogs, tutorials, guides.
• Lead webinars and live sessions.
• Manage YouTube channel and videos.
• Coordinate events and meetups in the Bay Area and globally.
• Build demos and tools showing Dapr + AI agents.
• Gather feedback to influence product decisions.
• Represent Diagrid publicly at conferences and podcasts.
