Job summary

Diagrid seeks a Developer Relations Engineer based in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will be the public face and community heartbeat for Dapr and Diagrid, owning community growth, content creation, and developer engagement end-to-end.

This high-impact role partners with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Sales to turn complex distributed systems and AI agent concepts into approachable, delightful experiences. Prior OSS community experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering or developer relations roles.
• Experience building and growing OSS communities.
• Strong content creation and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow Dapr OSS community and adoption metrics across channels.
• Moderate and nurture the ecosystem; answer technical questions.
• Create tutorials, blog posts, guides, and sample apps.
• Lead webinars, workshops, and live demos regularly.
• Manage YouTube channel and video presence for Dapr/Diagrid.
• Coordinate events, meetups, and community talks.
