Minga Education Group is hiring a Special Education Teacher to provide high-quality instruction and case management for PK–12 students across Colorado. You will implement individualized supports, align services with IEPs, and collaborate with schools, families, and related service providers.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practices, MTSS/RTI involvement, and culturally responsive family engagement. Colorado licensure and a background in special education are required.

Competenze

• Current Colorado teaching license with Special Education endorsement or eligibility.
• Master's degree in Special Education or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of successful special education experience in PK–12 settings preferred.

• Provide specialized instruction aligned with IEP goals using evidence-based practices.
• Develop differentiated lessons, accommodations, and modifications.
• Deliver services across push-in, pull-out, co-teaching, and small group settings.
