Job summary

Minga Education Group is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support inclusive, data-driven student services in Colorado. The role involves partnering with school leaders, SSPs, teachers, and families to provide high-quality communication services to qualifying students within MTSS/RTI frameworks and trauma-informed practices.

The SLP will perform assessments, develop IEP goals, provide AAC evaluations, and collaborate on services for students with 504 plans and multilingual needs,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid state SLP license and/or CDE Special Services Provider license.
• Training in AAC, autism supports, language-based learning needs, and culturally responsive assessment.
• Ongoing professional development in evidence-based communication practices, SEL, and inclusive education.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate speech-language needs for eligibility and IEP alignment.
• Provide direct and indirect therapy (in-person and remote) to support communication and participation.
• Collaborate with teachers, SSPs, psychologists, and families to implement supports across settings.
• Monitor progress with data-driven decisions and maintain compliant documentation.
• Deliver staff training on communication strategies, AAC use, and family education.
