Job summary

E-Therapy is seeking a remote Speech-Language Pathologist to support PreK-12 students nationwide from California. The role emphasizes flexible hours, comprehensive teletherapy, and participation in IEP processes to enhance student communication outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current state licensure or eligibility, and experience in school or pediatric teletherapy settings. Strong assessment and AAC knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
• Experience providing services in school or pediatric settings.
• Experience with teletherapy is preferred.
• Knowledge of AAC systems and assistive tech is preferred.
• Passionate about working with K-12 students in a virtual setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of students' speech and language abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Provide direct teletherapy services addressing articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatics.
• Monitor progress and adjust goals accordingly.
• Document therapy sessions and progress in records.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to planning.
• Collaborate with schools and families to support outcomes.
