Job summary

Revolution Prep is seeking a Full-time Online Professional Tutor to work from home as a W‑2 employee. You will lead tutoring sessions in SAT/ACT prep and executive function coaching, with paid onboarding, ongoing training, and a supportive tutor community.

Compensation starts at $25/hour with potential to earn up to $29/hour after a 90-day review. Prep and training time are paid at $10/hour or local minimum wage (whichever is higher). Benefits include health insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree completed (additional qualifications a plus)
U.S. work authorization and current residence required
Minimum one year of teaching or tutoring experience; AP STEM expertise a plus
Ability to tutor math through Algebra II
Reliable high-speed internet with a quiet professional space; tech kit provided if needed
Commit to 38 hours of availability weekly, including some evenings/weekends
Commitment to a minimum of one year of employment

Responsibilities

Lead tutoring sessions (SAT/ACT test prep, executive function coaching)
Discuss educational progress with students and families
Use curated resources for planning and instruction
Maintain 38 hours per week and 30 tutoring hours weekly (with availability up to 38)
Support students with personalized guidance and feedback
