Job summary

Revolution Prep is seeking a Full-time Online Professional Tutor to teach students from home as a W-2 employee. Expect 38 hours per week with 30 tutoring hours and evening/weekend availability, plus paid onboarding and training.

Compensation starts at $25/hour for tutoring, up to $29/hour after a 90-day review, with $10/hour for prep/training or minimum wage, whichever is higher. Health insurance and 401(k) benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; AP STEM expertise considered a plus.
• Minimum one year of tutoring/teaching experience.
• Ability to tutor math through Algebra II.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAT/ACT tutoring sessions and executive function coaching.
• Discuss student progress with students and families.
• Use curated resources for planning and instruction.
• Commit to 38 hours per week with 30 hours of tutoring and availability for weekends.
