Job summary
LINC Education, based remotely with teams worldwide, seeks experienced online educators to support the Masters of Teaching-Primary program for Victoria University Online. You will tutor groups, guide academic skills, and provide feedback to 25-student cohorts, working flexible hours from home.
Applicants should hold a Doctoral or Master in Teaching, have 5 years of recent teaching or research experience, and be familiar with AfGT/TPA tools, with strong English communication and professional
Qualifications
- Doctoral or Master in Teaching or equivalent accreditation.
- 5 years of teaching, research, or professional experience in the last 5 years.
- Knowledge of teacher education policies and practices.
- Teacher registration in Australia (VIT preferred).
- AfGT or similar Teaching Performance Assessment experience required.
- Strong English oral and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter guidance to online undergraduate students.
- Support learning skills like academic writing, research and time management.
- Conduct 1:1 and small group tutoring sessions.
- Guide on reference material and pedagogy.
- Mark assessments with detailed feedback.
- Manage discussion forums and respond promptly to queries.
