LINC Education is seeking experienced online educators to support Masters of Teaching-Primary online students as independent contractors. You’ll guide 25–30 undergraduates, help with academic writing and research, and run 1:1 or small group sessions using the university’s LMS and LINCtrac platforms.

The role requires a doctoral or master’s in Teaching (or related field), five years of recent teaching/research, and a willingness to work evenings.

Qualifications

• Doctoral or Master’s in Teaching or relevant discipline.
• 5 years of relevant teaching/research experience in the last 5 years.
• Knowledge of teacher education policies and practices.
• Valid Teacher’s Registration in Australia (VIT preferred), but QCT/NSW acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Provide subject matter guidance to a group of 25–30 online undergraduates.
• Support in learning skills like academic writing, research and time management.
• Conduct 1:1 and small group tutoring sessions.
• Guide on relevant reference material.
• Mark assessments with long-form feedback.
• Moderate discussion forums.
• Provide proactive, prompt and personalised support to student queries and issues.
