Job summary

AvePoint, Inc. is seeking an experienced OneStream Lead to support and maintain a production OneStream environment, collaborating with Finance, Analytics, and implementation resources.

The role focuses on administering the platform, managing data integrations (NetSuite, Power BI, Dynamics CRM, and more), supporting monthly closes, and ensuring data integrity and effective reporting. Strong communication and project management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, IS, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on OneStream administration in production.
• Strong understanding of workflows, security, data integrations, and reporting in OneStream.
• Experience supporting data loads, integrations, and troubleshooting in a live environment.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the OneStream platform, including user access and security roles.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes with data accuracy and timely reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to optimize the OneStream platform.
• Manage data integrations between OneStream and systems like NetSuite, Power BI, Dynamics CRM, HR systems, and others.
• Troubleshoot issues and develop dashboards, reports, and Cube Views.
