Merck is seeking an Oncology Sales Specialist to drive growth in the Green Bay / Madison, Wisconsin territory. You will engage with customers, educate stakeholders about our oncology products, and partner with the broader oncology community to achieve sales goals within your geography.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, understand practice workflows, tumor types, and care pathways, and translate insights into strategic plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of sales experience OR high school diploma with 10+ years in healthcare/pharma.
• 2+ years oncology field-based experience selling to oncology customers.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and reside in territory.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed sales goals in the Green Bay/Madison territory.
• Educate stakeholders on oncology products and engage with the oncology community.
• Develop plans with local team and district manager; understand practice structure.
• Understand tumor types, treatment options, and clinical pathways.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor conversations.
