Job summary

Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC, is seeking an experienced Oncology RN for a remote, full-time referral coordination role within the Levine Cancer Institute. You will review referrals from practices, determine appropriate timing and required records, and direct patients to the right clinic, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• One year of nursing experience, oncology preferred.
• Oncology experience required.

Responsibilities

• As a skilled RN, coordinate patient care across the nursing process to ensure safe, therapeutic outcomes.
• Apply evidence-based practice and clinical judgment to direct referrals and patient flow.
• Continuously monitor patient, team, and unit outcomes and take action as needed.
• May administer medications and therapies following clinical protocols.
