Job summary

Ovation Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Multi-Specialty ProFee Coder to support Primary Care, Orthopedics, Neurology, ED, and Urology practices in a fully remote role.

You will handle charge entry, drug administration, injections, and infusion coding with rigorous accuracy and compliance, leveraging encoder software, EHRs, and billing systems. Active certification (AAPC/AHIMA) is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ProFee coding experience in a physician practice, hospital, or health system.
• 3–5 years of recent coding across Primary Care, Orthopedics, ED, Urology.
• Hands-on experience with Charge Entry and revenue cycle workflows.
• Experience coding Drug Administration, Injections, Infusions, Hydration.

Responsibilities

• Code and charge for services across multiple specialties.
• Identify, research, and resolve coding edits and denials.
• Review physician documentation to ensure accurate code assignment and reimbursement.
• Support independent, fully remote work with high productivity and quality.
