Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree required.
• 7+ years Medical Affairs experience, with 4+ years Field Medical.
• Experience in Heme/Oncology; Oncology experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, direction, guidance, and support to a team of MSLs in an assigned region or nationally within the US.
• Recruit, hire, develop and retain MSL talent.
• Provide leadership to MSLs to educate and support HCPs and payers with clinical data.
• Develop and execute strategic/tactical plans, budgets, goals, metrics; cascade and implement.
• Mentor and develop MSLs; foster teamwork across MSL and USMAO.
• Maintain MSL proficiency and SME in relevant molecule/disease areas.
