Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics, based in the United States, seeks an Associate Director for WW/International Markets Medical Learning to shape a multi-year scientific learning strategy for global medical education and scientific exchange in neurology.

You will design scalable onboarding, oversee training standards for field medical and home office teams, and partner across functions to advance learning with AI-enabled modalities and congress data management.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field (MD/PhD/PharmD) required.
• 2+ years therapeutic area experience preferred.
• 5+ years in industry, ideally with field MSL or similar roles.
• Proven influence with global senior stakeholders.
• Expertise in adult learning principles and scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to operate independently with high accountability.
• Travel up to ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Translate medical and commercial priorities into strategic plans.
• Oversee training standards for field medical and home office teams.
• Design and govern scientific data education approaches, including congress data management.
• Build cross-functional partnerships and innovate with new learning modalities and AI.
• Create scalable onboarding and continuous learning programs.
• Measure training effectiveness and align resources with priorities.
