Qualifications

• PhD/PharmD with 8+ years in pharma or clinical development.
• Experience of at least 5 years as a Clinical Scientist.
• Expertise in adult learning, curriculum design, coaching.
• Strong organizational leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Preferred coaching certifications; experience with digital tools and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Set the CoE strategy and oversee curriculum development for clinical sciences.
• Lead innovation initiatives in clinical data analytics and medical monitoring.
• Foster collaboration between clinical scientists, clinical directors, and enterprise learning.
