Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience OR a high school diploma with 8 years of equivalent healthcare/scientific experience.
• Travel of 10–15% including overnight stays.
• Residency near the district or within commuting distance.

Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed the assigned sales goals for the geography.
• Build business relationships and trust with key stakeholders.
• Communicate a patient-centered rationale for Oncology products.
• Understand cancer care pathways and treatment options.
• Analyze buying environments and trends across multiple channels.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term plans with the Oncology Customer Team Leader.
• Ask insightful questions to understand customer priorities and needs.
• Ensure consistent customer experience across divisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
