Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Project Manager II – Immunology for a sponsor-dedicated, fully remote US role. You will lead global immunology trials, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage vendors to ensure timely delivery across multiple indications and phases.

Requirements include 3+ years of hands-on clinical project management in immunology, multi-country study experience, and strong knowledge of ICH-GCP. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related field; 3+ years of global immunology project management.
• Experience managing studies across multiple countries/regions; vendor management.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead global immunology trials and ensure timely execution.
• Manage study startup, conduct, maintenance, and closeout.
• Oversee vendors, CROs, labs, and external partners.
• Coordinate Clinical Team meetings and drive action item follow-up.
• Monitor timelines, risks, and issue resolution.
• Ensure inspection readiness and sponsor compliance.
• Collaborate across Clinical Ops, Data, Biostatistics, Regulatory, Safety.
• Support study milestones and enrollment targets.
