CVS Health is seeking an Oncology Companion to provide concierge-style support for members undergoing cancer care. This 100% remote role spans the contiguous United States, working with a multidisciplinary team to guide patients from diagnosis through treatment and beyond.

You will build trusted relationships, help navigate benefits, claims, and resources, and address barriers to care such as transportation and financial challenges.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall professional experience.
• 3+ years in healthcare navigation, care coordination, or related roles.
• 2+ years of experience working with oncology patients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for members and caregivers.
• Build trusted relationships through outreach and engagement.
• Help navigate benefits, claims, and resources.
• Address barriers to care including transportation and financial challenges.
• Coordinate referrals and intake activities.
• Educate members on non-clinical aspects of care.
• Collaborate with oncology clinicians and care team.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and web channels.
• Advocate for a positive, personalized healthcare experience.
