Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Oncology Companion to deliver concierge-style support for members receiving oncology care. This fully remote role spans the contiguous U.S. and partners with a multidisciplinary team to guide patients from diagnosis through treatment.

You will build relationships with members, navigate benefits and services, and address barriers to care with empathy and professional care coordination. Strong communication and oncology experience are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for members and caregivers throughout cancer journey.

• Build trusted relationships through proactive outreach and engagement.

• Help members navigate benefits, claims and resources.

• Identify and address barriers to care, including transportation and finances.

• Coordinate referrals and intake activities to clinical resources.

• Educate members on non-clinical aspects of care.

• Support informed decision-making by explaining services and resources.

• Collaborate with oncology clinicians, care managers, pharmacists and behavioral health specialists.

• Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, or web channels.
