Sanofi Genzyme is seeking an Area Business Manager for Oncology to drive annual sales in the defined territory. This remote US role focuses on building strong relationships with hematologists and oncologists, executing territory plans, and leveraging Sanofi Genzyme resources to promote the oncology portfolio.

You will become a product and disease-state expert and communicate clearly to healthcare professionals, ensuring appropriate use of therapies while adhering to compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Minimum two years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Ability to think, plan, and act strategically.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Up to 2 years' experience in selling chemotherapeutic agents or biotech products preferred.
• Familiarity with hospital and cancer center environments.

Responsabilités

• Develop and utilize a business plan aligned with marketing strategies through territory analysis and customer insights.
• Implement business plans leveraging resources with hematologists, oncologists and other customers.
• Develop as product, disease state and marketplace expert.
• Communicate product information to promote appropriate use of oncology portfolio within territory.
• Collaborate with field partners to ensure strategy pull-through from IDNs, reimbursement and accounts.
• Complete call reporting, plan updates and expense reports, and comply with Pharma guidelines.
• Target accounts effectively and manage time efficiently.
• Attend training sessions, conventions and symposia as required.
• Drive daily meetings and appointments with a company car.
