Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of operational systems and procedures.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments within timelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with new UM Medical Directors and hiring leaders as primary onboarding contact.
• Communicate proactively via email, phone, and virtual platforms to clarify requirements and support onboarding.
• Coordinate and monitor advanced onboarding activities for timely completion of tasks.
• Resolve onboarding questions within scope and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate onboarding documentation and distribute welcome communications.
• Submit and monitor access requests and equipment needs, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding workflows and service expectations.
• Prioritize and manage work within timelines while balancing multiple cases.
• Apply knowledge of onboarding systems and resources to address issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, templates, and communications.
