Job summary

Connection, Inc. is seeking an Inside Account Manager (OBIAM) in a remote-capable, hybrid role to onboard new enterprise clients and partner with Enterprise Account Executives.

You will blend CRM, consultative selling, and operational excellence to accelerate revenue and deliver outstanding service from day one. In this position, you'll manage quotes, register opportunities, coordinate with manufacturers and internal teams, and help customers maximize the value of their technology investments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and account management experience.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and ERP systems.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a world-class onboarding experience for new enterprise clients.
• Develop quotes and manage technically configured solutions.
• Register opportunities and coordinate with manufacturers to drive deals.
• Follow up on active proposals and sales opportunities, identifying cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate across Sales, Operations, Customer Support, and manufacturer partners to ensure seamless customer experiences.
