Job summary

Cortex is seeking a Senior Professional Services Engineer to lead hands-on implementation and onboarding engagements for customers across the US. You will own engagements end to end, designing, implementing, and scaling Cortex setups, while collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams.

This remote role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative, technically driven environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and can translate architecture into practical deployment plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Professional Services or Solutions Architecture.
• Hands-on with API integrations, webhooks, and ingestion pipelines.
• Comfort with JSON and YAML; familiarity with CI/CD and cloud providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Cortex onboarding and implementation packages.
• Serve as main technical contact to troubleshoot issues and collect feedback.
• Advise customers on design and implementation decisions.
