Job summary

Quzara LLC is looking for a Customer Onboarding Engineer (Security & Compliance) to ensure secure and compliant onboarding of customers into their cybersecurity platform. The ideal candidate will lead customer integration, configure security tooling, and support compliance requirements primarily for U.S. federal clients. Strong experience with Microsoft security services and knowledge of SIEM, EDR, and cloud platforms is essential. This is a full-time remote position with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Experience creating customer-facing technical documentation.
• Ability to work independently in a customer-facing delivery role.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer onboarding into SIEM/XDR/MDR platforms.
• Support compliance and audit activities by preparing documentation.
• Create and maintain customer-facing documentation.

Skills

Experience onboarding customers into SIEM, XDR, MDR

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender XDR

Strong understanding of data integration
