Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to schedule and track assessments for our Onboarding Specialists. You will educate prospective patients about who we are, what we do, and how we support their care.

This full-time remote role requires strong communication, organizational, and scheduling skills. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, document in Salesforce, and collaborate with referral sources and the team to ensure smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
• Outbound/inbound call center or scheduling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sales processes and healthcare products.
• Excellent communication skills; oral, written, facilitation and presentation.
• Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Call prospective patients daily and schedule assessments.
• Handle inbound calls from patients and referrals.
• Meet daily/weekly goals for assessments scheduled.
• Communicate effectively with patients.
• Document calls, tasks, and appointments in Salesforce.
• Create first impression of AnewHealth/ExactCare and the services we provide.
• Participate in daily team huddles and training sessions.
