Job summary

Connection is seeking an Inside Account Manager (OBIAM) in a remote-capable role. You will partner with Enterprise Account Executives, manufacturers, distributors, and internal teams to onboard customers, uncover opportunities, drive revenue growth, and deliver exceptional service throughout the customer lifecycle.

As you grow, you'll learn consultative selling, develop quotes, manage opportunities, and support EAE productivity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong customer service and sales support skills.
Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and ERP systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Create onboarding experiences that showcase value and establish trust with new enterprise clients.
Develop into a trusted sales advisor by supporting opportunities and proposals.
Build strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, distributors, and internal teams.
Lead operational excellence: manage quotes, pricing reviews, and order processing with accuracy.
Collaborate across Sales, Operations, Customer Support, and partners to drive success.
