Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling or customer service within home care preferred.
• Home care or healthcare experience is advantageous.
• Must pass a background study.

Responsibilities

• Answer after-hours calls from clients, families, and caregivers.
• Help resolve scheduling and care-related issues.
• Coordinate caregiver schedules and coverage.
• Support field caregivers and elevate urgent concerns when needed.
• Document calls and updates in scheduling system.
• Provide professional, compassionate customer service.
