Job summary

dentsu is seeking a CDP Architect to own technical solutions for multiple enterprise clients, guiding workshops through delivery to steady-state outcomes in a hybrid New York setting. You will shape data platforms, ensure identity resolution, and connect CDP capabilities to measurable business results across Adobe and third-party ecosystems.

Lead architecture, governance, and integrations while mentoring teams and extending AI-enabled capabilities.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years in marketing technology, data architecture, or data engineering, including client-facing consulting.
• Hands-on depth in at least one enterprise CDP (Adobe Experience Platform and Real-Time CDP preferred).
• Strong command of data modeling, identity resolution, and profile unification; proficient in SQL and scripting.
• Current Expert level certification such as Adobe Real-Time CDP Developer Expert, or earned within six months.
• Executive presence to run workshops with leadership and explain concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead in a matrixed environment and to document decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Drive client value from discovery through delivery and steady state, aligning CDP with business outcomes.
• Architect end-to-end CDP designs including data ingestion, identity resolution, and activation to channels.
• Define integrations across warehouses, CRM, ad tech, and data collection; ensure security and privacy.
• Lead delivery as a technical lead, remove blockers, size and sequence work, and manage risk.
• Mentor engineers and architects; foster AI-enabled discovery, design, QA, and build.
