Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking a Licensed Clinician with LPCC-S to provide clinical supervision in Ohio. The role involves supervision of resident clinicians, coverage of a caseload with telehealth and in-person sessions, and active involvement in documentation and professional development.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in Ohio as LPCC-S and in good standing.
• Comfortable delivering supervision via telehealth platforms and using EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to a minimum of six resident clinicians.
• Deliver weekly group supervision and individual supervision per 10 clinical hours.
• Maintain a clinical caseload with at least 10 hours per week of direct client service.
• Oversee documentation and coaching, and address disciplinary or performance concerns.
• Collaborate with Regional Clinical Director on performance issues.
