Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in Ohio to provide clinical supervision and telehealth sessions, with a requirement to meet in person once for an initial supervision meeting. The role supports a nationwide hybrid care model and offers ramp stipends for clinicians with 30+ hours per week availability.

Responsibilities include supervising at least six resident clinicians weekly, maintaining a clinical caseload of 10+ hours, and ensuring weekly documentation and coaching.

Qualifications

• Licensed professional counselor with LPCC-S in Ohio.
• Willing to supervise residents and provide clinical oversight.
• Comfort with telehealth and electronic health records.
• Able to work within a hybrid model including in-person meetings.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to resident clinicians (min. 6 weekly group supervision).
• Provide individual supervision aligned with clinical hours.
• Oversee documentation and coaching for residents.
• Collaborate with Regional Clinical Director on performance issues.
