Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide clinical supervision and telehealth sessions for Ohio clients. The role includes supervision of resident clinicians, a combination of telehealth and face-to-face sessions at Cleveland, OH, and a ramp stipend for higher availability.

You will supervise a minimum of six residents, conduct weekly group supervision, and supervise the clinical hours of each resident with ongoing documentation and coaching support.

Qualifications

• LPCC-S licensed clinicians who reside in Ohio and are credentialed or willing to be credentialed.
• Open to treating a variety of clients including couples and children.
• Familiar with telehealth and EHR tools; effective in supervision and development of supervisees.
• Strong teamwork mindset and ability to contribute to a clinical community.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to at least six resident clinicians.
• Lead weekly group supervision sessions.
• Provide individual supervision for every 10 clinical hours of supervisees (min ~7 hours/week).
• Maintain a clinical caseload with at least 10 hours of client availability per week.
• Oversee documentation and coaching related to supervision and performance concerns.
• Collaborate with Regional Clinical Director on performance issues.
