Job summary

Thriveworks is actively seeking licensed clinicians in Ohio to provide supervision and telehealth services. You must be LISW-S or willing to credential, reside in Ohio, and be able to meet in person for an initial supervision session.

The role includes supervising a minimum of six resident clinicians with both group and individual sessions. You will also maintain a clinical caseload while documenting supervision and coaching, collaborating with the Regional Clinical Director to address

Qualifications

• Independent social worker with LISW-S in Ohio and willing to credential if needed.
• Guaranteed weekly supervision and a minimum caseload.
• Comfort with telehealth and in-person meetings as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to at least six resident clinicians.
• Deliver weekly group supervision and individual supervision for every 10 clinical hours.
• Maintain a clinical caseload of at least 10 hours weekly; document supervision and coaching.
• Collaborate with Regional Clinical Director on performance issues.
