Thriveworks is hiring licensed clinicians to provide telehealth care to clients nationwide from Ohio. You must hold independent licensure (LPCC/LMFT/LISW/PhD) and be available for a minimum number of sessions weekly.

The role includes delivering evidence-based care using telehealth and EHR tools, with full clinical support and a team-focused environment. Thriveworks offers a structured onboarding, paid orientation, and flexible scheduling seven days a week.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinicians independently licensed in Ohio or able to practice in Ohio.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and behavior health care delivery.
• Comfort with EHR tools and remote patient management.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions to clients across the country.
• Maintain a full caseload with scheduling flexibility.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and support services.
